• Do the yearly business plan & review with owner Rep

• Monitor the budget vs. forecast vs. actual regularly

• Build & remain networks with corporate companies, expat communities

• Regularly participate city events, corp. events

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or other related field

• Minimum of 2-year management experience in 5 or 4 stars-hotel or residence background

• Minimum of 2-year experience in Sales & Marketing

• Experience in Property Management System is required

• Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs

• Good command of English

• Good social skill

• Good time management

• Good outlook
